Since it's a prequel and we know the outcome, the beginning seemed slow. I felt like I was watching gremlins when they bring Gizmo (Ceasar) home; was waiting for someone to say not to feed him after midnight or get him wet.
Lol Thankfully, the movie picked up; suspense, drama and action ensued.
