When focusing on people, there are some very cool micro-documentary shots.
CGI has come a long ways...but not so much here. The monkeys float like they just ate a 12-pack of helium balloons.
Why does Draco hate his job so much? He is an actor fit for smugness, very necessary in said role.
Sound editing was very well done, especially when mixed with the score.
Very cool 1984 type music playing as Caesar hands out the cookies to all the other monkeys.
Unlike Dawn, Rise exceeds the sum of it's very mediocre parts.
