As meddling as it sounds, the film did an interesting job in what they call "Locklear Paranoid".

Locklear paranoid is a term they use for simple, close yet new type of film. It does still have too little to offer to what they expected and at least an Oscar nomination, but, I found it as a warm-hearted, light feeling that we found over the film, yet, still bringing a horrifying villain that sustains and having the land of evilness, more than a simple pathway to deliver Fairy's job, Easter Day and Christmas Eve. It slowly unlocks the mysterious story in a silk and lifted way of Jack Frost's plot line. Inside all that comes along a powerful and beautifully delivered script that yield magnificence and essence enough to brought the audience to much enjoyments. Locking all that is a powerful effect calls, that is beautiful and brought a deep impact to what the film performed. Saying that is a failure, doesn't mean it's not good. If the film has a more open minded marketing process and a more scheduled connection, and some twisted parts in the script, I will find it as successfully delivered a calm illusion and somewhat, a simple masterpiece, more to offer than a Locklear Paranoia Issue. Well for me, 78/100.
