Perhaps a bit comical and over dramatic (cannibalism, decapitated heads in the freezer, so on) but still quite disturbing seeing as how some of these things DID happen and the fact that they cost the lives of innocent people at the hand of a childish, incompetent, sadistic tyrant is quite disturbing.
