The world many of us live in today is just as it was in the 50's. There is the expectations to have a perfect marriage, perfect children (who do we'll in school & sports), volunteer time at school & church and drive your kids to school in the morning. However, what is so much different today if you stay at home with your children, like what was expected in the 50's, you are looked down on by everyone.

There are many other differences between the 50's & today. I just don't have enough paper or time to write them all down.
