"Hopeless emptiness" the phrase that the supposedly insane John Giving Jr proffers maybe is the accurate and acute expression for the life of what it looks like the perfect couple, the perfect marriage, but what is mainly a dull life doing by the book.

I saw in the film, some common situations with my own life and marital relation. How many times you have questioned your way of life, your slavery to the monthly payment and just procrastinate for an undefined future what you really like to do.

Life is too short to waste it. The perfect film for Winslet and DiCaprio.
