If you're looking for Yellow Brick Road, you may not appreciate Revolutionary Road. But, if you're interested in the "human heart in conflict with itself" (Faulkner) as well as excellent performances and precise direction, you will agree that Mendes' film is a masterpiece.
This film is for all of you that wish you had a hearing aid to turn down while Hellboy 2 is playing in the neighboring theater.....
