In the opening scene, a child gets an arrow through the head by the evil ninja clan! The whole family is wiped out except for Sho Kosugi flees to America with his infant son. Years later, the evil ninjas track him down setting up the climatic battle of ninja vs ninja on the roof of a high rise building.
80s badass ninja action.
