This movie is in that zone where it does not work as either parody or as a thriller. It is just awful in every way it is possible to imagine with nothing to redeem it -- no humor, no winks at itself, just nothing.
It isn't campy, it isn't believable, it is just nothing. It seems to want to be in the style of the really bad, seventies drive-in movies that were only meant as a back-drop so kids could feel each other up.
