This adaption of the Wizard of Oz is a great watch, twentysome years later. It is just as dark and scary as the original. We see what looks to be an obvious influence of the Tim Burton Jack Skellington.
Dorothy is sent to an institution to receive electro shock treatment and fantasy ensues. Sounds weird, but worth your time.
