The SEQUEL to Wizard Of Oz however it's treated more as another version from the OZ books. Like a step child or half sibling since MGM didn't handle this film the way it did the original. It definitely keeps the imagination alive.
I think too many expected the original in the end. I liked it. That's all I can say.
