Made 46 years after the 1939 movie, this dark sequel takes young Dorothy (Fainuza Balk) back to the land of Oz which has changed since she left. She finds her old friends turned to stone and discovers that the awful Nome King has taken over Oz.
Also stars Piper Laurie, Matt Clark, Sean Barnett, Tim Rose, Mak Wilson, Denise Bryer, Nicol Williamson and Jean Marsh.
Directed by Walter Murch.
