Review of Return to Me (2000) by Elin W — 17 Nov 2008
NOT A CHIK FLIK! This is, admittedly, a "fantasy" romance at its core, but with so much more. Bonnie Hunt deftly directed this to prevent it from becoming too saccharine and populated it with fascinating characters who enrich and elevate the story every time they appear on screen.
I love action films and thrillers but this one touched me deeply. Watch this film with anyone you really care about, they will love it, too.
