Review of Return of the Jedi (1983) by Jem S — 17 Feb 2015
The opening sequence that takes place on Tatooine is fantastic, especially the fight by the Sarlaac pit, and the climactic scene where Vader confronts the Emperor is one of my favorites in the saga. But out of all the movies, this one is missing a middle more than anything.
The ewok scenes are too long and boring. Han Solo's even boring in this one. The ending is satisfying, but as far as the movie as a whole, it is really good, but just a tad below Revenge of the Sith.
