It's a slasher movie...no wait, it's psychological horror...hey look, there's a weird religious family in a trailer. They've got a deformed baby that takes pictures, it all makes sense now! Hey look, there's Joey from Blossom playing the role of the dumbest police officer on the planet.
It's okay, because the main character is even dumber for opting not to use her gun on the psycho, but rather just stare at him as he destroys the only viable option she has of escaping. I'd try to explain more, but I have a feeling that I'd just get dizzy and pass out.
