Resident Evil: Welcome to Raccoon City was one of my favorite horror movies I've ever seen; the faithfulness to the games was awesome. The makeup especially the infected makeup was exceptional. The performances from Kaya Scodelario, Marina Mazepa, Hannah John-Kamen, Avan Jogia, Neal McDonough, Chad Rook, and Tom Hopper were excellent.

The visual effects were pretty good specially the licker and William's infected form. The only flaw I'd say was a couple of times the writing specifically the dialogue was a little cheesy. Overall I really loved it and enjoyed it more then the original movies.
