The Resident Evil series has always been a guilty pleasure of mine, and good lowbrow fun. But the series has pretty much run out of gas. Even Milla Jovovich, arguably one of the coolest and sexiest female action stars today, is going through the motions.
There's nothing here that fans haven't already seen (and it's built as a rehash of the first four). The same 'ol, same 'ol.
