Review of Resident Evil: Degeneration (2008) by John F — 04 Feb 2009
An all-in-all decent movie. Full of plot holes, cheesy dialogue, and quite a few cliches, but still entertaining. Animation wasn't TOO bad and, despite the poor lip-syncing (despite this being original recorded in English), it was still great to hear Paul Mercier and Alyson Court reprising their roles as Leon and Claire.
Plot felt heavily based on RE 2, but hey, that's fine by me. The fact that it's part of the game series' storyline is a plus too. Overall, if you're a fan of the games (and I don't just mean RE 4) you'll love this.
Otherwise, you might find it kinda dull.
