Review of Resident Evil: Apocalypse (2004) by Jon C — 07 Sep 2010

For 2004:

This 2nd movie in the series is a complete misfire.

It's loud, mindless, cheesy.

All credit does go to Milla Jovovich again for her ass-kicking zombies though.

Fortunately the 'Nemesis' character was the only really good written character right from the game.

It does step it up in the action as opposed to the last film.

But in all seriousness there's so much stuff in here that they could have taken out and dispensed with to make it a much better film.

What can I say, the fans of the videogame may actually find a few things to enjoy.
