Review of Resident Evil: Afterlife (2010) by Grant S — 08 Apr 2012
Why is this series continuing? It ran out of new ideas quite quickly, and now we're onto the fourth instalment (I believe, I may have lost count).
This time, to try to make it seem original, Paul WS Anderson chooses to make a zombie movie-The Matrix hybrid. Doesn't help that I am not a fan of zombie movies or The Matrix. Ends up unoriginal, and silly.
Hard to talk about performances when all they involve is action stunts. So I won't.
Hopefully this ends the series, though I suspect there is always another video gamer ready to be fleeced.
