Review of Resident Evil (2002) by Jessica H — 10 Oct 2011

This movie was just bad. I mean bad bad bad bad bad. This film is nothing like the game franchise and none of it's characters are from the game franchise which is why it's so depressing to watch because it carried none of it's characters, none of it's story and none of it's originality.

Paul W.S. Anderson can't stop ripping off other movies so therefore he should be hung as a crime punishable by death this time with Alice In Wonderland, any movie that involves an underground facility and any martial arts action flick.

I'll tell you. The main character is not from the because she's made up and her name is Alice-that's right, Alice from Alice in Wonderland. The film involves an underground facility and we didn't see this before in films such as Men In Black, The Matrix and ALL THE FUCKING BATMAN FILMS!!!!! The commandos are pretty stupid to fight because they aren't logical instead of using their guns, they just to straight up Jackie Chan moves and hope that they won't get bitten by any zombies.

WOW! This was just really bad! There were two things I like in this film: one were the zombies which I usually like as they are occasionally scary and the other was seeing the director's wife naked.

that's it. Resident Evil gets a 2/10. oh and did I mention that they put in two characters right at the end: Nemesis, the second best RE villains of all time and Dr.William Burken played by Jason Isaacs.
