Welcome to racoon city population:5,000 racoon city's umbrella corporation home facilites will keep you and your family safe well not really it can turn you into a zombie though so now you feel the warm feeling enjoy the security system of your death resident evil tells the story which first off resident evil the movie is based on the popular video game series by capcom which the first one had came out for playstation 1 sega dreamcast and nentendo 64 back in 1996 which now the resident evil video game series is go going on for new video game systems such as the X-box 360 Wii and PS3 which I am a fan of the video game series so I decided to see the movie now on to the story of the film the film is about a coproprtation named umbrella which has a lot of things for homes to keep people and their families safe until a breakout in the facility itself a bunch of workers die and get infected which turns them all into zombies not only do the people turn intot zombies so do the vicious dogs which are the survivors of the outbreak safe or are they which the survivors get killed including most of the soldiers which get infected quickly by the infected people or zombies which it then gets the other people besides our protagionist alice which in the video games the protagionst was claire redfield which in the video games she is trying to find her brother chris redfield resident evil is a great horror film based on video game a lot more better than alone in the dark thats for sure highly recommended for any horror fan or fans of the video game series a great horror film hidden gem highly recommended when the film had came out on march 15th 2002 the film had opened at #2 because of the family comedy film ice age highly recommneded a great horror film.
