Paul W.S. Anderson's Resident Evil movies-based on the videogames of the same name- are really fucking stupid. Really. Any interaction between the charcters is limited to exposition and giver each other orders.
The plot is very thin and just an excuse for attractive people to kill zombies. Each film also features at least one outrageously bad or just badly performed line. But they're also a lot of fun, and honest about they are.
Why? Because I just like zombies, and Resident Evil delivers in spades without all the "Social Commentary" stuff.
