Review of Reservoir Dogs (1992) by Daniel E — 07 Sep 2014
Tarantino's first big success is much more reserved and simple than his most recent films. It is not quite as stylish and lacks the punch his other movies do. But although it lacks his characteristic wildness, Reservoir Dogs manages to still be an enjoyable movie with some razor sharp dialogue and some memorable scenes (one I thought was excellent was when the psycopath is torturing a policeman as he dances along to some 1960's music).
