Review of Reservation Road (2007) by Jonathan P — 16 May 2008

After seeing Walk the line I started to have a little more respect for Joaquin Phoenix and his abliity to choose good films. When I saw We Own The Night, I knew I had to check this out. Sure as shit, he nails his role.

Ruffalo was also very realistic in his portrayal. Most of the story is a game that leaves you thinking "would I do that?" When a movie has that abliity then it does it's job. Recommended if you like either actor or if you just want a film with a good story.
