Review of Rescue Dawn (2007) by Quinn B — 06 Feb 2011
This movie is up there with Christian Bale's top performances. During the movie it shows you his struggles of having to be a slave in Vietnam. It is such an entertaining movie. It toys with your emotions, you go from happy to sad, happy to sad, mad to frustrated. One thing can not be taken from this movie, and that is its greatness. It literally shocked me at how awesomely great this movie was!
Christian Bale could not have performed better, and Steve Zahn was a great supporter. So many people told me there was no action in this movie. I completely disagree. I think there was a perfect amount of action and thrill. It makes you shake throughout the film because you don't want them getting caught, or killed. It honestly is awesome, really really awesome. Very great movie. Highly recommended!
