Christian Bale plays the real life pilot Dieter Dengler who is captured by Vietcong guerrillas on his first flying mission in the Vietnam War. Eccentric and unnerving at times, the performances by Christian Bale, Steve Zahn and Jeremy Davies lift this 'based on a real story' film to another level of realism.
Man's survival instinct at its best! Must watch if u have the nerves for such stories.
