Review of Rescue Dawn (2007) by Nate G — 12 Apr 2012
Rescue Dawn wasn't quite what I expected. It was lighter than I thought it would be, but I enjoyed the variation the typical war movie feel. The story was very open to developing a relationship between Bale and Zahn's character's and the audience which really added emotion to this film, especially on their trip through the jungle (Bale and Zahn were both really impressive).
Definitely a refreshing change of pace from what hollywood normally spews out.
