Review of Requiem for a Dream (2000) by Steven Paul E — 21 Jun 2012
Brutal, honest and heavyweight.. but still a very good film. The contrasts between all the characters lives is told in harsh but believable , The attention to sounds, movements and emotions and detailed camera work keeps you engrossed throughout the mad paced film.
Would recommend on a night when you don't want to watch a film with a happy ending lol.
