A truly disturbing movie that could screw your mind. It did screw my mind, especially the last 1/2 hour. Powerful, gritty and tragedy at it's peak. No other film had ever depicted the power of addiction like this one.
The scenes involving Sarah left a bitter aftertaste. Brilliant execution, a tragic ending and extraordinary acting. Be prepared to be disturbed.
