Don't cross a woman who is in the midst of a psychotic break! It was well done with some disturbing scenes (the iron, writing on the glass, and the hands in the hallway)... a stirring depiction of a woman cracking (like so many things around her), but it did not get under my skin like Rosemary's Baby.
