Review of Repulsion (1965) by Lewis C — 16 Jan 2011
This is essentially about a gorgeous young woman who is "repulsed" by men, who just so happen to always try to hook up with her. Slowly this disgust for men builds to the point where she starts killing them off.
Film aficionados say that this film by Roman Polanski inspired the type of mental breakdown shown in 2010's Black Swan. This is a good flick, but like all movies from the 60's it's painfully slow at parts.
the women are beautiful, and the violence is disturbing considering how little is shown.
