Review of Repulsion (1965) by Jaime D — 19 Jan 2011
A well crafted work of quality. Polanski takes his time to build the film into a crescendo and never reverting to stereo type with the main protagonist. Instead we see Carol as a real and utterly believable making the latter part of the film all the more shocking.
