Review of Repulsion (1965) by Aditya M — 15 Feb 2014
A highly disturbing movie shot in a highly disturbing manner. Using unnerving black and white shots and a soundtrack that alternates between chilling music and everyday apartment sounds that intensify our foreboding, Roman Polanski manages to capture the sights and sounds of a descent into madness perfectly.
This is a masterpiece.
