Joachim Trier rocks my socks. With his first feature film, he really tries to maintain the artistry and beauty of film by bending the rules of traditional narrative. There's just enough smart humor mixed with a romance about men and women, a good ol' group of guy friends, and the mental and emotional struggles of the art of writing.
I'm excited about Trier as an up and coming young director!
