Review of Reprise (2006) by Jarl S — 07 Feb 2009
Joachim Trier's art house drama, is not only a brilliant reference to the genius of Jean Luc Godard, but a delightful tale about coming-of-age, love and art, spiced with subtle and curious humour. It explores the truistic, yet emotionally powerful conditions of youth on a small, visual scale, that sets the tone of it's equally serious and buoyant theme perfectly.
