Review of Repo Man (1984) by Michael T — 29 Jun 2008
Emilio Estevez is so cool in this role. The soundtrack features many acts from the Hardcore Punk and New Wave scene in LA from the early 1980s. Black Flag and Suicidal Tendencies would later reemerge as Speed/Thrash Metal acts in the wake of Metallica and Megadeath's success.
Anywho, this film stands as one of the funniest satires of the Reagan era at its half-way mark.
