A young punk joins a seasone repo man into an unexpected adventure involving the CIA, aliens and a most wanted '64 Chevy. This outlandish film made for little money is ambitious and unconventional but takes chances that most films with a bigger budget don't, which is why the mixture of punk culture and science fiction and its central anger feels genuine and not just a fashionable gimmick.
