Seriously, this film flat out sucked. Even though the prerequisite Van Damage was present (splits...check, roundhouse kicks....check, monosylabic speech....check), the story was just beyond pitiful. Van Damme playing two characters yet again? He has to be the worst serial killer in film history.
What a crybaby. Oh yeah, and the happy romantic ending involves a hooker. Have fun with that.....
