The allusion in the title to the Rudloph story is a good indication of what you're going to find here: action, with a completely unbelievable (in a bad way) plot and terrible acting. Add in a few Christmas jokes (and by "few", I mean, "a lot"), and you've got a recipe for the ultrapathetic.
The producers even had the opportunity to let Ben Affleck's character die, but we don't even get that gem. I rate this movie one star for its improbable special effects, and because it's funny to see men in Santa outfits shooting at each other.
