Reds is Warren Beattyâ??s awarded film telling a story of John Reed, American communist who shuttled between the West and Soviet Union as reporter of Russian Revolution. Reds portrays also a grand scale picture of radicals of USA including Reedâ??s anarchist-friend Emma Goldman.
Despite the American angle, for me Reds seems to be quite a honest and not-so-commuphobic as you might think. I truly recommend.
