Reds is more a love story than a revolutionary chronicle.Despite some historical innaccuracies, Reds provides great insight into the Russian Revolution and the "Red Scare" of the late teens and early twenties.
This movie will be enjoyed by anyone interested in the American Communist movement or the Soviet Union. Fans of the films of Sergei Eisenstein will also like Reds.
