Review of Red Without Blue (2007) by Paul E — 08 Nov 2012
Not your traditional portrait of the American family. These brothers have been through a lot, and we are brought in as they are finally able to come to terms with their identities. While intermittently entertaining, the film left me a bit cold.
A lot happens but the audience is never allowed close enough to be a part of it. It's like being taken to an amusement park and only being allowed to look at the rollercoaster.
