Review of Red Ribbons (1994) by Sunil J — 10 May 2010
I honestly think that if you aren't watching this for Quentin Crisp, then you have to be related to the cast because DAMN this blows. It's shot on a home video camera from the 90s and has the date stamp in the corner through most of it.
The acting is terrible, even Mr. Crisp is kinda blah and AMAZINGLY underused. I would seriously give this zero stars if not for the fact that if you see this, you found the dvd and it has a wonderful special feature of Mr.
Crisp speaking to a crowd that I've never been able to find elsewhere.
