Nice sets, atmosphere, and a lot of good potential, but stale hollow characters and slow pacing makes the film rather hard to enjoy. There's a lot of cool scenes and a few thrilling moments, but it still gets slow and bland from time to time, and the film never seems to get off on anywhere.
