Review of Red Lights (2012) by James D — 07 Jan 2014
A magician/psychological thriller I've always wanted to see. Did not disappoint at all, loved it, keeps you intrigued and guessing until the end, and then throws a curveball. Great performances from DeNiro and Murphy that keep your senses active throughout.
It may be a low budget film, but it has potential to be a cult hit. It's about a group of professors who investigate fake magicians and paranormal happenings, and do what they can to solve it. It'll keep you guessing, wondering what is real and what is not.
The ending might be my favorite part, but the whole movie was great to watch. 4/5 JD.
