Old film, arnie is well established as a top star now. James Belushi is awesome as ever, fair bit of this is subtitled so those that dont want to read during a movie dont bother. Action galore and cheesy as ever, but hey its arnie so its got to be loved.
Arnie plays a russian cop who gets paired with belushi to tackle crime.
