Review of Red Dawn (2012) by Kirk H — 24 Aug 2013
Truthfully, the original set a pretty low bar for this remake to reach and it didn't come close. Aside from the ludicrous plot, the main protagonist thinks "emoting" means squinting and licking his lips either just before or just after each line.
It also didn't help that he has a passing resemblance to Stallone but with less acting talent. He was easily the worst thing in the movie, and that's quite an achievement.
