Review of Red Dawn (2012) by Christopher R — 25 Mar 2016

This movie is basically just a series of action sequences that are somewhat interwoven. I honestly had a blast though, as long as I looked past the silliness and improbability. This isn't a movie made for great acting or writing.

Its simply a popcorn flick, and that was all I expected. As far as a teenage centered story is concerned, this is one of the better ones in recent memory. The weakest link was unfortunately Josh Peck, he just can't be taken seriously.

But nonetheless, its good harmless fun that won't leave you bored at least.
