It's a movie about one's home set in the midst of invasion and occupation. Overall, it's a mixed bag, and you get the feeling the editing process may have watered the original game plan down (for better or for worse).
For Hollywood fans, if nothing else, think of this one as a taste of the young action set- the anti-Expendables.
